A Message from Kelly Westlund

On Friday, the Wisconsin Supreme Court outlawed secure ballot drop boxes. They know that when more people vote, Democrats win. This a blatant attempt to sway the election in Republicans' favor by making it harder for people to vote.   It's a massive injustice to all voters in Wisconsin, and it sends a clear message:   They’re scared.        They know that the majority of Wisconsinites do not support their extreme policies, their false election fraud claims, or their disregard for women's rights.    They know that the people of Wisconsin are sick of it, and they’re doing whatever they can to hold on to every bit of power.   If they could win on the merits of their ideas, they wouldn't have to keep rigging the rules in their favor in order to win elections.       But I’ll spoil the ending for you: it won’t work.    When we all band together, we are stronger than the most heinous power grab, the most revolting lie, and everything else they pull to try to divide us.    We will show up in November, and we will hold this State Senate seat. The Governor’s veto power and the future of our state depends on it. But we need your help.         If you live in the District, we need your help to reach every voter and make sure that the obstacles Republicans throw up don’t stop the hard working people of Northern Wisconsin from having a say in their government.   There are steps we can take to make sure those who utilized ballot drop boxes are still able to cast their vote. Whether it's helping someone request their absentee ballot, or giving rides to the polls, we must show up to make sure we ALL turn out.   Will you join us on the ground to make sure we get every voter to the polls in November?   Thank you for your help!  See you on the trail.   Kelly Wesrlund
